YTH Cohort
-
The YTH Ministry Cohort is a small group of youth ministry leaders who meet together regularly over Zoom to grow, learn, and help one another lead more effectively.
Each gathering combines practical leadership development with real conversation about what’s happening in our ministries.
We’ll talk about things like preaching and teaching, volunteers, events, ministry strategy, parents, leadership, calendars, discipleship, team culture, difficult situations, and personal growth.
But this isn't just me teaching.
Bring your ministry to the room.
Bring the event you're planning. Bring the sermon series you're developing. Bring the volunteer problem. Bring the idea you're considering. Bring the question you haven't figured out.
You'll have other youth ministry leaders around you who can listen, share ideas, ask questions, and help you think.
The goal is to create a community where we don't have to reinvent the wheel or figure out youth ministry alone.
What happens between meetings?
The community doesn't have to stop when the Zoom ends.
Cohort members can stay connected, share resources and ideas, ask questions, celebrate ministry wins, and help each other when challenges come up.
My hope is that you don't simply leave the cohort with better ministry ideas—you leave with relationships with other youth ministry leaders you can continue learning from.

No. The YTH Ministry Cohort is completely free.
There’s no membership fee, course to purchase, or paid level to unlock.
I want to create an opportunity for youth ministry leaders to develop, connect, and learn from one another without cost being a barrier.

The value of a cohort comes from everyone being involved.
Come ready to participate in the conversation, ask questions, share what you're learning, encourage other leaders, and contribute ideas and experiences from your own ministry. You don't need to have everything figured out. You also don't need to lead a huge youth ministry.
You simply need to care about becoming a better leader and be willing to help the other leaders around you grow too.
This isn't about competition or comparing ministries. We're here to help one another.
-
The cohort meets regularly over Zoom, giving us a consistent rhythm for leadership development, ministry conversations, problem-solving, and community.
Each gathering will have a focus, but we'll always leave room to discuss what's actually happening in the ministries represented in the group.
-
One-on-one coaching is centered specifically around you and your ministry.
The YTH Ministry Cohort adds something different: community.
You're learning alongside other youth ministry leaders who are asking similar questions, facing similar challenges, trying new ideas, and experiencing ministry in different contexts.
In coaching, you have someone in your corner.
In the cohort, you have a room full of people in your corner.

Start by shooting me an email.
Tell me a little about yourself, your church, your role, and what you're hoping to gain from the experience.
I'll follow up with more information about the next cohort, meeting schedule, and available space.
